They were excited to get back on the finely tuned surface that Steve Stimely meticulously prepares night in and night out to produce the best racing at The Speed Palace.  The pits again were bustling with 45 teams readying their equipment for action to take a shot not only at the $10,000 winner’s check, but also licking their chops over the additional $1,029 Weikert Bounty that would go to the driver that beats Danny Dietrich to win along with the additional bounty of $1,000 that was posted to any driver who could conquer the seemingly impossible to stop Kyle Larson in the championship finale. It was time to go racing at Port Royal Speedway in the Bob Weikert Memorial finale!
