Ocean Speedway & Silver Dollar Speedway on tap next for Outlaws out west<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n

CARLISLE, PA. – March 30, 2016 – David Gravel couldn’t be stopped at Placerville (Calif.) ……. literally.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Gravel, driver of the Big Game Treestands, J.R.C. Transportation Inc., C&S Lawn & Landscape #5, was back in action once again on the west coast as the World of Outlaws\u00a0Craftsman Sprint Car Series invaded the famous bull ring for the second year in a row.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
“We had a good run at Placerville,” said Gravel, who timed in 4th overall. “I screwed up a bit on my first lap but cut a good one on the second lap. We started on the pole of our heat and that got us into the dash. We started 3rd there and I missed my marks getting into the first cover there and it cost us some spots.”<\/div>\n

The Watertown, Conn. driver lined up for the feature with a good shot at winning.<\/div>\n
“Our car was really good for the feature,” said Gravel. “My brakes started to go away around lap eight and were pretty much gone by lap twenty. It’s a forty lap event so I was just trying to maintain once they went. It wasn’t anyone’s fault at all. It just happens in racing. We fell back to sixth but made our way back to fourth. It felt like a victory to me. I was super proud of our effort and the team.”<\/div>\n

After a quiet Easter weekend with family, the CJB team is back on the trail as the ‘Greatest Show on Dirt’ will visit Ocean Speedway in Watsonville, Calif. on Friday, April 1st and Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, Calif. on Saturday April 2nd.<\/div>\n

\u00a0“I’ve never been to Ocean Speedway before but I am looking forward to it,” said Gravel. “It’ll be cool to visit there for the first time and then go to Chico the following night That’s a fun place and you can be aggressive on the cushion and really have fun there. It’ll be a great tune up for when we come back for the Gold Cup in the fall.”<\/div>\n
