Inside Line Promotions \u2013 MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (Oct. 6, 2025) \u2013 Big Game Motorsports has stepped closer to its second straight World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series championship after earning a pair of top 10s last weekend during the J & S Classics National Open at Williams Grove Speedway.<\/p>\n
David Gravel led the team to quick time during qualifying on both Friday and Saturday before he won a heat race each night to advance into the dash. Gravel gained a position in the dash, finishing fifth on Friday and seventh on Saturday.<\/p>\n
During Friday\u2019s 25-lap feature, Gravel battled for a top five throughout the race before ending seventh. The following night he climbed into the top five on Lap 14, but a miscue cost him several positions two laps later. Gravel then rallied from outside the top 10 to finish sixth \u2013 his 61st<\/sup> top-10 result of the season.<\/p>\n The team currently holds a 146-point lead in the World of Outlaws championship standings with 10 features remaining this season.<\/p>\n This weekend\u2019s races are Friday at New Egypt Speedway in New Egypt, N.J., during the New Egypt Showdown and Saturday at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pa., during the Keystone Showdown.<\/p>\n Gravel was victorious during the most recent World of Outlaws race at New Egypt Speedway in May 2017. He has two career World of Outlaws wins at Lincoln Speedway \u2013 one last year and the first time in May 2017.
