He made his debut at the track in 2009 and in 2010, scored his best finish at Pevely, as he completed all 55 laps and brought his familiar No. 89G home in the 12th position.

“Pevely is really a fun track,” shared Gravel. “I won my heat race there with the Outlaws in 2010, so I am looking forward to going back there. It is a small bullring that is a lot of fun to drive on. The competition is going to be tough, but I think it is going to be a good weekend. Pevely is a very racy track and if you do well in time trials, you know you are going to have a good night.”

Gravel competed with the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions last weekend at Attica Raceway Park in Ohio. After mixed results, that saw him finish 16th in the main event on the opening night, while not qualifying for the feature in the finale, the young driver is looking forward to returning to action this weekend and taking on the World of Outlaws.

“A friend once told me to always look forward and never look back and that is what I am going to do this weekend,” explained Gravel. “I am not going to look back to last weekend and put all my effort into running well at Paducah and Pevely. “

Gravel has made three starts with the World of Outlaws this season, all at Volusia Speedway Park in Florida.
