Cedar Lake Speedway kicks off road to ‘Month of Money’ for Outlaws 

CARLISLE, PA. – July 2, 2018 – Knoxville Raceway in Iowa holds some bittersweet memories for the CJB Motorsports team and driver David Gravel. Last August, the team had the car to be during the annual 5 Hour Energy Knoxville Nationals before mechanical failure ended their night. For the final weekend in June 2018, the team returned to the half mile oval with redemption on their mind.  

On night number one of the Brownells Big Guns Bash, the CJB team timed in 8th, finished 3rd in their heat race and started the feature in the 11th. Read more »

CJB Motorsports and World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series races on with heavy hearts

CARLISLE, PA. – June 26, 2018 – Mother Nature continues to be a thorn in the side of racers everywhere. Heavy rains and saturated grounds forced the cancelation of the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series return to Farley (Iowa) Speedway on Friday, June 22nd.

David Gravel and the CJB Motorsports team were ready for action as the series moved onto Wisconsin the following night for an event at Beaver Dam Raceway. Gravel timed in 7th quick, finished second in his heat race and notched a fourth-place finish in the Craftsman Club Dash. Read more »
