ELDON, MISSOURI (May 29, 2020) – The traveling show of sprint car speed stars stayed in the “Show Me State” for the second weekend in a row, this time at Lake Ozark Speedway’s 1/3-mile oval nestled just off I-54 near the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. For Bobbi Johnson and her Jason Johnson Racing (JJR) #41 team this race is essentially a home race as the track resides only 15 minutes from their race shop. The driver of the JJR #41, David Gravel, has also had great success here with an average finish of 1.6 in his three races with the last one being a victory in the inaugural Jason Johnson Classic last season! There were 35 cars in the pit area located off the backstretch and outside of turns three and four on Friday night ready to do battle at the lake.

PEVELY, MISSOURI (May 23, 2020) – The sun was shining bright all day over the 1/3-mile track that sits just off Interstate 55 in Pevely, Missouri. The heat from the sun was not only pushing the mercury up in the thermometer to the 90 degree mark and naturally wearing out the surface. There were 61 cars back at the fast and racy oval nestled in the pit area. The JJR #41 team and their talented speed chauffeur David Gravel were ready to follow up the sixth place finish on Friday night in their LogoDaddy Graphics/Vortex Racing Products #41 Maxim.
