TERRE HAUTE, INDIANA (July 12, 2020) – After the engines silenced at the end of the night in Wilmot, Wisconsin, Philip Dietz and the victorious JJR #41 team had work ahead of them as they had to clean the cars and head 5 hours south to Indiana to prepare to race again Sunday evening in the 2020 Wabash Clash at the historic 1/2-mile semi-banked oval at Terre Haute Action Track in Terre Haute. The skies were ominous with dark clouds to the west and north and sun over the track and to the south.

WIRE-TO-WIRE IN WISCONSIN: FINDING THEIR GROOVE AND THE FAST LANE, THE JJR #41 TEAM AND DAVID GRAVEL DRIVE TO THEIR SECOND VICTORY OF THE SEASON IN THE BADGER 40 AT WILMOT RACEWAY

WILMOT, WISCONSIN (July 11, 2020) – After trucking 4 hours north to Wilmot Raceway following Friday night’s racing action at 34 Raceway, the JJR #41 team was looking to continuing their momentum and recent success aboard the Mesilla Valley Transportation (MVT)/Weikert’s Livestock #41 Maxim Racing speed machine. Wilmot Raceway is a semi-banked 1/3-mile track located to the north of Chicago just off the shores of Lake Michigan. David Gravel has enjoyed past success at this track as he logged three previous victories back in 2014, 2016 and 2017. So needless to say, the driver and the team pulled in the pit gates with their confidence brimming with positivity and anticipation. There were 29 teams registered to get at it at Wilmot Raceway on this Saturday evening in the Badger State.
