CARLISLE, PA. – September 21, 2016 –  With over 90 nights of racing on the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series, a team is bound to have some good and bad luck. With nine victories on the season, David Gravel and the #5 team have had their fair share of success. As the team has moved back east following their second west coast tour, racing luck shifted a tad.

WEST COAST FINISHER: Gravel Closes Out Second West Coast Swing with Three Straight Top-10’s

CARLISLE, PA. – September 14, 2016 –  David Gravel and the #5 team continued their season long march towards a World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series title along the west coast.
Fresh off of back-to-back wins at the Skagit Speedway near Alger, Wash., the Pa based team took on the Willamette Speedway near Lebaon, Ore. on Wednesday, September 7th.
“We had a pretty solid run in Oregon,” said Gravel, pilot of the Big Game Treestands, J.R.C. Transportation Inc., C&S Lawn & Landscape #5. “Car felt pretty good. We didn’t make the dash or and ground in our heat race so we had to get going in the feature, which went by really fast. It was close to eight minutes since there were no yellows.” Read more »
