Outlaws take a week off: will be back in action at Arizona Speedway on Saturday, April 7th

CARLISLE, PA. – March 28, 2018 – Mother nature didn’t rain on the Outlaws final parade of the 2018 Spring Break tour out west. Scheduled racing for Friday, March 22nd at Ocean Speedway near Watsonville, Calif. was washed away by heavy rain. Despite multiple rain outs throughout the series tenure in March, the ‘Greatest Show on Dirt’ was able to race at Bakersfield (Calif.) Speedway on Saturday, March 24th.

CJB Motorsports driver David Gravel timed in 22nd on the night, finished 5th in his heat race and charged from 18th to 12th in the feature. Read more »

STOCKTON TURNAROUND: CJB Motorsports Makes Gains at Stockton Dirt Track

Placerville delayed to September; Tour to continue at Ocean Speedway and Bakersfield Speedway

CARLISLE, PA. – March 20, 2018 –  Rain continues to be a source of frustration for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series. Mother Nature forced the cancellation of the opening night of racing action at the Stockton (Calif.) Dirt Track on Friday March 16th. The series was able to get the second night through the full program.

CJB Motorsports and driver David Gravel took the #5 machine and timed in second quick. They won their second heat race of the season and made the Craftsman Club dash for the first time since the opening night of the season at Volusia.   Read more »

SPRING BREAK TOUR: Gravel and CJB sail through Thunderbowl Raceway

Another race night lost to Mother Nature; Outlaws back in action at Stockton for St. Patty’s Day 

CARLISLE, PA. – March 13, 2018 – Mother Nature isn’t playing too well with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series. A weekend in Texas was washed away and now one of the two scheduled nights of competition at Thunderbowl Raceway near Tulare, Calif. has been lost due to rain.

Racing did commence, however, on Friday, March 9th at the west coast bull ring. David Gravel and the CJB team were looking for their third win at the track in as many years. 5’s IN VEGAS: Car #5 Nets Two Top-5 Finishes at Las Vegas Motorspeedway

Event at Perris Auto Speedway cancelled due to rain; Outlaws due to return at Thunderbowl

CARLISLE, PA. – March 7, 2018 – Typically, a row of 7’s on a slot machine will yield a large pay day in Las Vegas. For David Gravel and the CJB Motorsports team, the lucky number of the two day show was five.

The driver of car #5 scored two top-5 finishes as the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series invaded the half-mile oval at the Las Vegas Motorspeedway. On night number one, Gravel timed in 10th quick in the second flight of qualifiers, and finished 4th in his heat race and started the feature in 16th. Read more »

The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series kicked off it’s 2018 campaign at the Volusia Speedway Park near Barberville, Fl. David Gravel and the CJB Motorsports team arrived a few days early in order to contest two nights of action with the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Mobil One.
